Starting from May 2021 we are offering two apartments (each for 4 persons) to rent..
Both of them are situated in a modern, newly-built apartment-house at 17, Matejki Street, Swinoujscie.

Apartment-house „Matejki 17″ is located in a quiet city district, at the edge of a beautiful park (next to Matejki-Wyspianskiego intersection).

– beach – ca. 1 km
– Amphitheater – 300 m
– Rope Course BLIUSZCZ – 300 m
– CORSO – shopping mall – 500 m
– Polish-German border – ca. 2 km
Access by car to the building is very easy. Some of the apartments offer private underground garage, however public parking lots are located next to the building. You can also store your bicycle in the garage.
Apartment A (no. 16) and B (no. 27) are functionally and modernly furnished. There is a separate bedroom, living room, large and fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and a balcony. The kitchen is equipped with following appliances: induction cooker, fridge, dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster, kettle and coffee machine.There is also a hair-dryer, iron and vacuum cleaner. In the bathroom you will find an automatic wash machine, WC, sink and shower. In the bedroom – queen-size bed (160×200 cm) and spacious wardrobe. In the living room – sofa bed, dining table and four chairs.
For guests disposal there is a TV (smart, Android) and wireless internet.
